I have been playing with this concept of the wellness wheel. The things that could constitute optimal human wellness for each individual. I discussed and presented the 7 most prominent wellness aspects in my life currently. I do believe that these are subject to change and will change as we change and grow as humans.
Between Purpose and serving, Love and relationships, Growth and challenge, Movement, Faith, Nutrition, fun and presence I feel I hit many of the most important aspects of wellness.
