I wanted a Hollywood type physique - I paid 100k dollars to learn about fitness - nutrition - workout - everything about getting a hollywood physique - you know what I realized - all the information was available for free on Google and Youtube - but I didn’t pay attention to it - I had to pay 50k dollars to learn that lesson - so I pay attention -
