Description

The lovely Lloyd is my guest this week where we chat about him becoming severely sight impaired at 20 and then enrolling in the Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) later the same year in less than six months. He went from driving and working on building sites to not knowing what was next and what his identity was anymore. How did he deal with not being able to play football anymore? What did he find most helpful when it came to accepting his disability? Why did he finally decide to get a guide dog? These are answered along with many more. We also cover Lloyds ventures into disabled strongman competitions, so click now and listen with your eyes.

Thank you to Erin Boyce, Ieuan Sparey, Tim Giebel, Mariel, Laili and Georgia-may Felton.
