Please welcome Dr. Abby Bales to "The Lady Doc Podcast." Professionally, Dr. Bales is a physical therapist specializing in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders with a special interest on return to sport around pregnancy (she's also, at baseline, an amazing physical therapist). However, I mainly wanted to talk to Dr. Abby (as I call her) about her experience as a patient with several chronic health conditions, multiple surgeries, and navigating an often confusing healthcare system.
