Breathwork or pranayama is one of my favorite practices that is quick, accessible and oh so potent! If you are breathing you can do this practice. Find out more about stress, how it affects our nervous system before diving into a short practice with me! You can do this from anywhere, but please keep your eyes on the road or on the kiddos for safety.
