The first stop on my collab w/ @southside.chicagofood(TikTok and IG) was at Back of the Yards Coffee Co. Mayra’s love for Cold Brew has taken off to an amazing business. In this episode, she speaks on how she started but also how she’s helping to make an impact in her community and those that help with the business...(the farmers in Mexico!) Yes, her coffee beans (that you can purchase whole) come from Mexico. How amazing?!!
