Four Questions to Identify Potential Leaders:
1. Are they GROUNDED? (Humble, Foundational)
2. Are they GROWING? (From goal-oriented to growth-oriented, this determines the potential)
3. Are they GRATEFUL? (without gratefulness, resentment and sense of entitlement come in. it helps with the perspective of leadership.)
4. Are they GENEROUS? (the more generous they are, the more people get blessed.)
