3.) BE A PEOPLE MAGNET (RICH) --- dapat may karisma, marunong mag smile, nakakahawang energy etc
4.) BE A LEADER(DEK)-- kailangang matutunang mag lead kase ito ang mag de define ng paglaki ng grupo natin deende how we lead our people..
