She discusses her history of entrepreneurship, including making money by renting buses and photocopying engineering books in college, her career as an Intellectual Property lawyer, and her experience as a founder, including her time at Nortel and ATI.

Sally also shares insights on identifying talent and fostering it, the importance of understanding the law in business, and the challenges of raising capital in the current market, especially in Canada.
