US Supreme Court has agreed to hear NYSRPA vs Corlett, a watershed case concerning CCW permits and requiring a "need" to secure your right to carry concealed. State Senator George Borrello has introduced legislation which would implement a moratorium on all offshore wind turbine development in any freshwater of NY, including Lakes Erie and Ontario, great news for all! Finally, Rich examines the history of Lake Erie and the pollution days, as to hopefully help educate those who may not be aware of the scope of the issues, in hopes we can avoid another terrible disaster caused by the folly of man.
