Carm Bozzo is a fitness and nutrition coach who supports women who want to lose weight without restricting and fearing food (or overdoing it with cardio!). Carm helps women fix their relationship with food, and help them get stronger through strength training.



Carm is fit and positive and supportive. She has it all together, right?



Well, yes…but Carm also struggled with body image, weight, and restrictions most of her life. It was through working with another coach that she saw a radical shift in her mindset, and started showing up for herself. Her confidence increased, her goals shifted, and she felt renewed energy and purpose.



If you’re feeling stuck, nothing changes until you change, whether that’s leading teams at work, showing up for your family, or meeting your fitness goals. It can be hard to invest in yourself, but ultimately worthwhile. Making a commitment to self care will have ripple effects through your work, family, and life.
