Description

Before COVID, Renee France Boudreau was a salon owner in Burlington Ontario. When COVID hit, Renee pivoted with her team as much as possible and survived the series of lock downs. During this time Renee found clarity in her business – feeling into what was bringing her joy and felt aligned and what didn’t. After a long journey, Renee and her husband completely upended their lives, quitting their jobs, selling her business and moving the family to Nova Scotia. The move, and the change in life was not easy, or comfortable. But more than a year later, Renee reflects on the energy the change sparked within her, and how her life has changed in many positive ways.

In this episode, Renee and Ashlee talk about how confidence is created when you give yourself capacity to grow, and how focusing on yourself helps you better serve others. It takes enormous bravery to make change in your life. And in the end, Renee reflects that bravery is a habit that you can practice and hone.

Listen in and find the courage to make change in your own life.
