In today’s episode, President Nikos Christodoulides departed with the Greek Cypriot delegation for the informal conference on the Cyprus Problem, an announcement said on Sunday afternoon. 

Elsewhere, the House Finance Committee on Monday will start debating the government bill that abolishes the ban on filling vacancies with permanent staff in the public sector, a measure imposed in 2013 amid the economic crisis.

Also, a 45-year-old man, suspected of stabbing his girlfriend and her 17-year-old son in Limassol, was remanded for five days on Sunday morning, police said.
