Fun fact: you are NOT stuck, you are just committed to certain patterns of behaviour. The BIGGEST limiting belief is believing that you have a limiting belief in the first place! This episode dives deep on how we get to the point of feeling stuck, and concrete  exercises and supplements that can help you un-stick yourself!

b) How is this choice about yourself affecting your behaviours?

c) What can you think instead?
