We sometimes forget to do what is best for us because we’re constantly feeling like we need to do what’s best for others. I think it’s time that more people wake up to doing what is better for their life, rather than what they think they should be doing because that’s what they’re told that they should be doing. We live in a world that is connected to our energy. Our vibration is important. Our energy is what keeps us going. When we have a low vibration, because we’re miserable, we get sick more and we attract more negativity and misery into our life. But when we decide to start doing things that are better for us and make us happier we raise our vibrations which helps us be healthier and attract better experiences into our life.
