Christopher McElroen is a director and founder of theatre companies The American Vicarious and Classic Theatre of Harlem based in Brooklyn in New York City.
He creates work that reflects what unites and divides the population of the United States through productions such as The Invisible Man and The Debate: Baldwin vs Buckley the latter you'll be able to catch at the Stone Nest Theatre in London's West End this year.
Christopher has also been a guest speaker at some of the most illustrious institutions in the world from Pace University, Stanford, and New York University to share his knowledge of directing for the theatre.
From Chekhov and Beckett, to creating original innovative shows that challenge the current rhetoric, Christopher is a leader in directing shows that will stay with you long after you leave the theatre.
