Hello Creative Lotus Family!
On today's final episode of season 2, I sit down and talk with photographer Matt Armendariz. Matt shares about his career starting out at Whole Foods, making his way into graphic design/art and creative direction and then jumping into photography through his food blog with husband/food stylist Adam Pearson. Matt is an amazing Zumba instructor who took to Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic and brought people together from around the US, through dance and joy-filled-connection, when everyone needed it the most. Armendariz has photographed many celebrities for their cookbooks including: Tia Mowry, Eva Longoria, What's Gaby Cooking's Gaby Dalkin, Leila Ali, Fabio Viviani and Tabitha Brown to name a few. His energy both on and off his photo-sets is palpable and joyful, you can tell he loves what he does and the people around him. Not to mention he's hysterical and so fun to follow his Instagram for his garden tours/Zumba sessions and his mouth watering food photography posts.
