We had the pleasure of chatting with Mia Carella this week. Author of the book "To the Mom Struggling to Hold Her Sh*t Together."
Mia is a writer and stay-at-home mom who lives with her husband, their two children, and their cat, Frankie Heck. She likes reading, running, and napping - not necessarily in that order. Mia is a fierce advocate for her daughter and all children with disabilities. Her work has been published on Scary Mommy, HuffPost, The Mighty, and more.
We love chatting with other moms who understand the journey we are on. She talks with us a bit about her daughter's recent experience in a traditional basketball camp, the relationship between her son and daughter, and her prior work experience. Such a great conversation.
