There is an African proverb that says "if you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go with others." We all need a little help and that includes the Go, Ladies! Podcast. But why is asking for help so hard? Especially at this big age (40+), you would think that we would know how to ask for assistance by now, but alas, it gets harder to ask for help the older we get.
