James doesn't work at this particular University, but it looks cool
This week it's an interview with a former Eikaiwa Teacher, Former ALT, current video game podcast host, and Associate Professor at a University in Tokyo, James. We get into his path in Japan, his current position etc. but the main message is this. When James found that the sinking ALT conditions couldn't support his future in Japan, he did something about it. I hope this helps someone out there do the same. Being an ALT for a few years while enjoying Japan and figuring out your next life move is AWESOME. Doing it for 10 years with 5 kids and complaining about it without doing anything about it isn't quite as AWESOME.
