Shadow work is the process of uncovering and exploring your inner darkness. It reveals every part of you that has been disowned, repressed, and rejected. When we do shadow work, we are doing the work of radical self-love and self-acceptance. We cannot become fully embodied and fully expressed powerful af women without doing this work. It is impossible to own our truth while still rejecting parts of who we are. So this work is so deeply important, and Samhain is the perfect time to do it!
