Description

It's a common habit for many of us to have a mindset that we need to "go hog wild" before we embark on a new fitness or health program. It's a perception that it's our "last chance" to enjoy the foods we love and even an excuse to eat to excess. Often this behavior persists during the actual program and shows up on weekends, as we look at the "cheat day" as an excuse to let go of all of our structured habits we're trying to establish.
