Governor Cuomo (D) of New York recently signed into a law a bill that has legalized the use of recreational marijuana and expunges the records of past offenders. This is all happening in the wake of several sexual assault allegations & a scandal which exposed serious misconduct in Cuomo's handling of the CV19 pandemic.
