While caffeine is predominately gulped down in delicious cups of coffee all over the world, it has also recently surfaced as one of the prime supplements used by professional and amateur athletes alike.
The use of commercial caffeine supplements has made it easier to achieve the correct dosage for improved sports performance. However, even though caffeine supplements have clear benefits, they can also be detrimental for certain individuals.
