As millennials we face a lot of tough choices with regards to what we should devote our career to doing. It's genuinely difficult to decide whether we should "follow our passion" and do the thing we actually want to do, or the thing that seems more practical.
We talk to fellow podcaster Andy Reinhold about this decision, at a pretty critical transition point in his life: he spent his career in consulting, and last year he quit his job to work in gaming. But it hasn't been a straight shot for him. A lot of the people who initially said they would work with him backed out, and he has been trying to understand for himself the difference between a hobby, a passion, and a job. Now that he has a baby, he is going back to consulting out of a need to make ends meet.
