Description

Why connection and belonging is so important and how it is actually coded within our soulful blueprints, the common lies we tell ourselves to mask the pain of feeling that we do not belong, why we often pre-reject ourselves and others, and how childhood connections impact our ability to experience and maintain healthy connections. We also discuss what belonging to ourselves first means and how sometimes we can feel lonely even when surrounded by friends and family. The theme of today's episode is, "I am enough."
