What happens when the thing holding you back in life is YOU? 

This episode is the second part of a two-part episode that discusses how we recognize threats and how the things that seem 'normal' or are comfortable are holding us back from your purpose, from being a better person, from loving ourself more and even from being happier. The process is called SELF-DISCOVERY and at the 'end' of it, what we achieve is self-mastery and self-mastery is FREEDOM.

It is not enough to look at the outside, what we must do in addition to paying attention to the exterior is look internally and become more aware of WHO WE (really) ARE and the things that we do/allow that are holding us back from being the best version of ourselves.
