The trophy is not the prize, but just a lesson leading to the legacy you’re looking to pass on.
Ask yourself what were you born for?
You may be the old man, you may even be the doubter amongst the many, but never be the one who gives up.
You’re allowed to be defeated, but you are not allowed to be destroyed.
Life is filled with sharks, ready to feast. You’ll win and then you’re going to lose. This is the ride we’re given, the roller coaster that only breaks twice. The day you were born and the day you’ll die, but you’ll have control of how this ride will deliver you from one destination to the next.
