Nearly one-half (49.1%) of adults tried to lose weight within the last 12 months, according to a report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS). Half of these people know the terrifying sensation of stepping on a scale and wondering why their way had such a dramatic increase. One of the main problems of trying to lose weight is being held accountable for the food you are consuming in your body and keeping your body active. Today on the Crushing Chaos Podcast Kala Rojko talks about calorie counting as a tool to cost-effectively lose weight.

Kala Rojko is an accountability coach to keep your main goal to prioritize your health. She realizes through her own battles with weight the difficulties that weight loss can present. She had this problem for over a decade gaining the same 25 pounds and working hard to try to keep it off.  However, the long-term benefits of weight loss can keep you healthier and more active during the day. When she finally did lose the weight, she felt incredible and more confidence and wanted to share this with others going through similar difficulties.  This is how Best Life coaching began.
