DO MORE! That's the message- if you want to be great you have to strive to do more than just what everyone else is doing.
What's expected is expected- Mediocre people have trouble just doing what's expected- High Achievers know that's the floor.
High achievers also understand that doing what is required needs to happen regardless of how you feel. Standards OVER feelings!
High achievers don't need to tell you they are a high achievers. But somehow mediocre people want to downgrade those people while telling others where they are at. WALK THE TALK!
