Pick things that are going to give you results- positive results- otherwise WHY DO THEM.
Doing things to do them is a waste of time. Find things that move you forward in all aspects of life.
Commit to them for 3-6 months. 1 week is not enough time to truly gain a sense for if this is helping. COMMIT!
Make sure what ever you do creates value long term.
