Eddie is a Dutch youth coach that specialises in developing elite players aged 8-12. He spent 10 years at Ajax as a youth coach and youth academy consultant. He organised coach education work shops. Over 85 different nationalities visited Ajax while he and his specialist team organised work shops outside Holland in over 40 different countries. Eddie has enjoyed coaching roles in USA, Qatar and Kazakhstan.
