João was a professional footballer before starting his coaching journey. He is a UEFA PRO Licence coach and from this podcast you will hear the hunger he has to continue learning, networking and sharing with coaches at all levels. As manager of Swiss Club, Grasshoppers, he won a challenge league in 2020/21. He was lead coordinator of Aspire Academy in Qatar. João became close friends with the current Barcelona manager, Xavi.
