Martin started coaching at 16 undertaking his FA coaching licences. He held roles at Arsenal FC within their community program before moving to coach in the USA. Coaching across 30 different states, including Hawaii, brought two passions together; coaching and travelling. Martin talks about how difficult it is to work in football full time and about his new career as cabin crew with British Airways. A job he loves but the landscape of travelling has completely changed with the current global pandemic.
