Ebens “Benz” Jean is a father of two and married to his best friend, Gigi Jean. Together they are the founders of One Way Insurance Group in Delaware. Before co-founding One Way, he was a young man who moved to the US from Haiti knowing very little English. He thought he would work on computers as his career, but he knew there was an entrepreneurial calling in his heart. After taking his test 11 times, he got his license and started his One Way journey to building a successful family business. He is also a man of faith and the founder of the Dream Chasers Movement where he educates and empowers others in his community to follow their dreams and be risk-takers.
