Zachary Wilson is a Father, Insurance Professional, & Agency Manager with Neishloss & Fleming, an FMO based in Pittsburgh, PA. He started in the insurance industry exploring several possible career paths in the automotive and education industries. Establishing a strong effort from watching his father work nights after his day job, he was introduced to an opportunity after being let go from his job as a college recruiter. A few weeks later, a phone that came from a supplemental insurance company and being inspired by a friend who was in the industry told him "If no one else is calling, what else do you have to lose?" After taking the leap and being flexible along the way. He took a leap and got a license working with a worksite benefit company and quickly rose to leadership in the organization. After some changes in the organization and some personal life shifts, he found an opportunity to go on a path from working with clients to working with those who serve them. An honest story with highs and lows and most importantly growth in life and business all because...he got a license.
