With over a decade of industry experience, 4 years ago he opened his own agency with a mission to add value in his community by equalizing the racial wealth gap and educating the African American middle class on insurance planning and providing tools for financial success. After some turbulent teenage years, he initially found way his way into the industry after totaling a vehicle he purchased while working in hospitality. He noticed the claims adjuster had a car and was motivated, not initially by the overall opportunity, but by the possibility of getting a company car.
