On this Music Monday episode, Nicole and Ashley discuss song choices for All Saints Day. All Saints Day grew out of the early church’s practice of remembering the martyrs of the church. Today we hold services on November 1st to remember those who have died, particularly in the lives of the congregation. The song choices might surprise you - they include picks from Mumford and Sons, Bear’s Den, and Warren Zevon. This talk dives into not only music and theology but also the importance of our church community and how we support each other in seasons of grief.
