In this episode, we talk about the remaining songs we have chosen for our current worship series “Homecoming: Stories of Return.” Throughout the past few weeks, what has become more and more clear is that return is complex. Even when it’s joyous, there’s grief in the process. How do we make meaningful movements back? Knowing that our only direction is forward? The songs we’ve chosen to discuss have a lot to say about returning. Did you know Coldplay’s “Fix You” is the soundtrack to Jacob’s wrestling with God?
