[05:20] whole charter movement was very new to Orlando
[06:25] It is kind of an extension of Princeton house
[07:34] Right now we have 115 students, and we have 65 staff
[08:49] we get less and less people interested in applying for our program
[10:11] our district had a mandatory mask mandate in place for students
[11:44] that was really hard for our kids to learn from home and virtual
[12:34] how to do things better and listening to your staff
[13:35] teachers are brand new to the whole teaching profession
[15:06] our admin team is right there along in the classrooms helping
[16:03] they do serve children with autism
[16:48] parents have to complete an application
[18:11] it really has helped me as a person and a professional grow
