Shame is not the game! If you're guilty of shaming yourself into doing some, being ashamed of your past, or shaming yourself out of doing something, raise your hand. *raises hand* We've all been there, but we don't have to stay there. Remember, sometimes God is more compassionate towards us than we are to ourselves.
