Getting out of prison is an incredibly difficult time emotionally because the world has moved on while you've been in stasis.

In 2020, around 2.3 million Americans were in some sort of criminal justice confinement....That includes state prisons, local jails, juvenile centers and immigration detention facilities. And according to the Department of Health and Human Services

The hurdles faced by returning citizens.

Getting out of prison is an incredibly difficult time emotionally because the world has moved on while you've been incarcerated.

70 million people in our country have criminal records, that's 1 in 5!

600,000 people released from state supervision every year.

The continued discrimination/racism is unconscionable!
