This episode dives into how to get a bird's eye view of your career and figure out your vision and purpose. Without this, you can be super productive but relatively unfocused in where you're headed. Without a clear north star, our careers can twist and turn without giving us fulfillment and meaning. While it is possible to build a successful career without a lot of things, focus on your goal is something you can't do without.
