It is normal to feel fear - it's part of our natural survival skills, it protects us from danger. However, the way our minds perceive danger today and the danger that fear was developed to protect us from are two completely different things. That's why it is important to separate those and understand our fears and our minds better. Truth is 80% of everything we are afraid of never actually happens. And fear can be very debilitating when working towards your goals, that's why it's important to master it.
