We are back with another episode ofย #insidethemindsofgreatyogis. In this episode, We spoke with April on our 45th episode and loved hearing her perspective on yoga!
About April: As a child, April has always loved movement and dance but discovering yoga 7 years ago has changed her life completely. Her daily practice has helped her cope with different stresses in life as well. For her, yoga is moving meditation. It is a balance between releasing, strength, flexibility, and breath. April's goal as a teacher is for students to leave class feeling more relaxed, at peace, and at home with themselves. Outside yoga, she works full-time in the corpo world and is taking her Masteral Studies in Health Policy - Health Social Sciences at the University of the Philippines Manila
