Riya Ranka who is an Ashtanga Vinyasa practitioner, Riya uses traditional yoga techniques to open up the body and mind. Riya turned to Yoga as a tool to calm her hyperactive mind, leading her to an intense & focussed practice. Riya teaches different modules each week consisting of back bends, hip openers, core strengthening, inversions for all levels, pranayama, vinyasa transitions.
