Vanakkam/ Namaste/Hello Everyone!

We are back with another episode of #insidethemindsofgreatyogis. In this episode, We spoke with Shilpy on the 66th episode and loved hearing her perspective on yoga!

About Shilpy :
Shilpy first came to yoga for the physical benefits hoping to lose weight, get her weekly cardio through fast paced vinyasas and become more fit. As her body became stronger and healthier, she soon discovered that her yoga mat was a place to find a sense of contentment, self awareness and mind body connection. When Shilpy decided to enroll in teacher training, she only hoped to deepen her own practice, however the more she learned and grew as a yogi, the more her intention turned to teaching and sharing the practice she loves with others. As a teacher, Shilpy brings the discipline of Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga with the freestyle of Vinyasa to her classes. She realizes that yoga is not a "one size fits all" practice, and that every person is on a different path. She tries to offer her students the opportunity to take that path in their own way at their own pace, to modify when needed and to honor how they feel at all times. Shilpy finds immense joy, satisfaction and inspiration in seeing students discover their own potential and hopes to nurture and encourage them along their way.

A big thank you to Shilpy for joining us in our 66th episode of #insidethemindsofgreatyogis and for giving us her valuable time. We hope we can do this again!
