On this episode I will lead you through a guided healing session to connect with your inner child. This is an opportunity to understand what experiences , traumas, and feelings your little self is still holding onto.
By identifying these shadow aspects and memories you can bring them to the light to heal and relate to your inner child.
Be sure that you ONLY listen when you can safely close your eyes and are in a healthy, safe space mentally and emotionally. If you are unsure please wait and come back when you’re ready. Do not listen when operating machinery or equipment.
After you finish take some time to sit with yourself and what came up, practice self care for the remainder of the day.
