Today's episode was a rough one for me ... honestly during the draft I name it as... "Fuck that was rough."
I also contemplated on if I should even share it with the world.
1. Because it's super personal and highly vulnerable.
2. ITS SUPER PERSONAL & HIGHLY VULNERABLE.
However, I think its important to break the stigmas around mental health. To normalize pain and our emotions. They are all apart of the human condition. I hope that in me sharing my pain you feel less alone. You feel inspired to find the roots of your triggers, to allow yourself to heal and live out your BEST LIFE!
