Andy is a private practice dietitian, blogger and author from Toronto, Canada. He graduated from the University of Toronto School Of Public Health in 2014 with both dietitian accreditation and a master's degree in public health nutrition. Andy started his career in the research and education department at the Canadian Diabetes Association before pursuing a blogging and social media-driven career in private practice and authorship. When he isn't speaking to clients individually or educating the masses with his content he always appreciates infusing nutrition with a touch of humour via his Instagram @andytherd.
